Take Long Island Expressway East (Rt. 495) –
(from JFK Airport – Van Wyck to L.I.E. Rt. 495)
(from LaGuardia Airport – Grand Central Parkway to L.I.E. Rt. 495)
Take L.I.E. (495) to Exit 70 – Manorville (Country Road 111)
Right turn after “off ramp” by Mobil Station
Take Rt. 111 South approximately 5 miles to very end
Rt. 111 will lead into Rt. 27 (Sunrise/Montauk Highway)
Stay on Rt. 27 East (Sunrise/Montauk Highway)
Eventually Rt. 27 becomes a 2-lane highway.
From this point, you are 16.5 miles from East Hampton
Continue to follow Rt. 27 East “it’s a long way”
Pass the towns of: Southampton, Water Mill, Bridgehampton and Wainscott
Rt. 27 takes a sharp turn left at the pond traffic light (just before the Village of East Hampton)
Look for Pond, Village Green and Flagpole
Stop at Flagpole and turn RIGHT just after flagpole.
This RIGHT turn will lead you onto Dunemere Lane
Follow Dunemere Lane (0.9 mile)
You will see Maidstone Club on the RIGHT
Turn right onto Old Beach Lane…Drive up to Clubhouse
From Port Jefferson Ferry:
Rt. 112 South to L.I.E. (495)
L.I.E. East to Exit 70
Rt. 111 South to Rt. 27 East
Proceed to Front Entrance Circle.
Check in at the Lobby Reception Desk.
